Drank at ACBF, poures a beautiful clear amber color. A really good lager, impressesed by this NJ lager.

on tap from anthony’s in fair lawn, nj. interesting smell of bread and fruit, as well as some spices and citrus. view of redness (of course) and a small head with some lacing, normal for the style. taste similar to smell, with a bit more spice on the back of the mouth. tasted a bit like a citrusier amber (An amber/ipa,) but didn’t have the amazing notes of either. a bit of spice/alcohol with a hint of pepper hits after. INInexpensive and pretty drinkable as well.

Light to medium brown in the glass with a thin off-white head. Slightly hoppy and sweet aroma. Toasted and bready malt flavors.

12 oz. bottle that ended up in my cooler after a bottle share with jcwattsrugger and pubolyons. Pours "old penny" copper/amber with a one finger off white head. Malt forward nose, not much else. Mildly sweet taste, again, all malt. Medium to full bodied with low carbonation. Easy drinking.

12oz bottle from jcwatts. Poured a chunky reddish amber body with a spoty slick beige head that leaves pond scum type lace randomly floating around. Aroma is wort like, very sweet, amber malts, molassess, nut shells, old raisin and plastic. Medium mouthfeel, soft csrbonation, quicker fading aftertaste. Flavor of dry bread, plastic, nut shell and plastic. Blah, so glad I did 6oz of the beer before this that I rated a 3.5 and a full 12oz of this which isn’t even a fucking 3.0.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Thanks jcwattsrugger! It is quite attractive to look at with its medium to darker amber-brown pour. A little on the heady side but that’s OK. The aroma is definitely malt forward and on the sweet side but the malts seem burnt or crusty. The body is medium to full. The taste is as malt forward as the aroma with low bitterness on tail end.

A very good lager of which I am not much of a fan. This was very well done, crisp and refreshing. A classic lawn mower beer.

2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Pours a dark golden amber color with a small off white head. Not much aroma. Some sweet graininess, but that's it. Taste is grainy, lemon citrus, and toasted malt.

Bottle. Thx canon. Nice aroma for a lager. A bit over carbonated. Actually a lot over carbed. A so so entry ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
