Tap at Rattle N Hum. Amber pour with a thick white head. The nose is quite bright and hoppy. Lots of pine and a very lean malty sweetness. A lot of clean resinousness as well. Quite fresh tasting and very assertively bittered. A kiss of spiciness. Lingering hoppiness on the back of the palate with a touch of light fruitiness – perhaps berries. Draft, pours a copper toned body with a white head. Light floral hop tones with vanilla and custard sweetness. Fresh citrus and a grassy hop tone, seems like an amber ipa with vanilla in the middle kinda nice. Leighton (21083) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2010
Tap at Blind Tiger. A nice beer. Pours an amber-brown with a thin, white head. Nose of maple syrup and lightly sweet malts. Flavor is nicey balanced with a malty sweet character followed up with some mild hop bitterness. Medium in body but low in carbonation. This beer finishes smooth. Not outstanding, but certainly good.
