Hazy golden color with no head. Fruity aroma, wrong fermentation, not unpleasant but suspicious. Sweetish flavor of cereals, light fruitiness, although coming from weird fermentation; high bitterness.
Somehow wrong, not necessarily bad.
Bottle at Erzbiershof, Winterthur. Copper colour, patchy head. Interesting hop nose, apricots, orange marmelade, hints of cellar. Cellar flavours, maybe a touch of chocolate, still fruity. Original! Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 11, 2013
courtesy of Claude Degen - cloudy dark amber beer with a modest head retention; a fair flowery hoppiness with notes of tea and spices; a good malt backbone, dry and fairly bitter, gently sticky and piney; more notes of tea in a long hoppy finish
