On tap at Chelawasi. Clear orange body. Smells of caramel malt and grapefruit hops. Tastes of grapefruit hops up front. Heavy caramel malt flavor, but only a little sweet. Resinous hoppy finish with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. Another excellent beer from Valle Sagrado.

Served in a pint glass at a cafe in the train station at Ollantaytambo, Peru. Pours a cloudy copper with an off white head. Aroma of grass and citrus. Flavors of grapefruit and oranges. After two weeks in Peru sampling a variety of beers, this one stands out as one of the best -- a finely crafted IPA.
