Keg at the brewpub, 8/16/16. Clear amber, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of toasted caramel malt, mild fruitiness. The taste is caramel and bready malt. Thin. alobar (3966) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 15, 2016

Tap. Pours deep orange with white head. Aroma is a bit dirty, nutty. Taste is very malty, flat, a bit boring, malt forward. Needs something more. Meh.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong malt note of hay, bread and grain without much else. Flavor has a bit of earthy grass up front, but mainly has notes of hay and bread. nuplastikk (6511) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 17, 2012
Draft at the brewery. Filtered orange-tan with a thin, steady off-white head. I’m not really an Amber fan in the first place, but this is pretty sub-par stuff. Dull malt tones, somewhat rancid and butterscotchy. Off flavors galore, no hop presence. Belongs at Calumet. Gross.
