Keg at the brewpub, 8/16/16. Clear copper, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of candi sugar, cherries, apple. The taste is bready malt, candi sugar, apples. Medium bodied, mild booze. arkurzynski (2484) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 6, 2011
Hazy golden color with thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma a mix of Belgian yeast, spice, citrus, and herbal hops. Big citrus/lemon flavor, mild yeast and spice, and malt/wheat malt finish. Trailing citrus acidity. Moderately well-attenuated. Semi-dry finish. Skyview (6129) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - DEC 25, 2008
On draught at the brewpub near Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden pale brew with an average sized white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film top. Aroma has some tropical fruit, banana esters, a touch of clove, raisins, candi sugar and some golden grain malt. Taste is medium to full body, very light carbonated with flavors of golden grain malt, banana, candi sugar a touch of lemon zest, raisin and some yeast. Finish is semi-dry with a mild banana/clove aftertaste and an alcohol warmth. esjaygee (3903) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 7, 2008
On tap at the Delafield Brewhaus. Hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of fruit, alcohol, sugar and malt. Taste of fruit, alcohol, sugar, toasted malt, rasion, plum and banana. Finishes semi-dry with some alcohol warming. It was decent, but nothing that knocked my socks off. Served too cold IMO. Duellist17 (34) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 27, 2007
On tap at Da Brewhaus! Pours golden with slight head. Very nice aroma. Like it says, it disguises its age and alcahol content very well. Extremely drinkable, and I cant wait for it to come back!

Light hazed straw colored pour w/ a dense white head and some ok lacing. Extremly light aroma w/ some yeasty notes and some musty hints. avg palate. Flavor is very bready & full of lemon zest & lemon lysol some orange rind & a hint of bananna. Not good at all. Sombeast (151) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 12, 2006
On tap. Very attractive pour in an appropriate glass. Golden in color with a decent head.. Flavor and finish acceptable. Seemed a tad light for the style but drinkable. Ughsmash (7503) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 2, 2005
On tap at the brewhaus. Poured a hazy medium golden with a short-lived white head. Nose picked up crisp pears and apples, some musty Belgian yeast, and alcohol... but was rather subdued. Lighter fruits, caramel, floral hoppage, wheat, and Belgian-style yeast were present in the flavor, with a hint of lemon zest across the middle. Finish picked up more lemon and a nice array of spices. Smooth with low(ish) carbonation on the palate... but a little tacky at the finish. Alcohol plays only a warming role. Very tasty! biermensch (64) - USA - NOV 26, 2005
On tap at the brewhaus. Creamy head that slowly dissipated. Strong fruity aroma. Warming alcohol by the third sip, but the alcohol is well hidden in the flavor. Tastes of citrus and apple. Delicious. JCapriotti (1379) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 4, 2005
Hazy yellow body, creamy white head. Nice fruity aroma with a bit of yeast. Starts a bit like chardonay to me... fruity grapey alcohol with some peppers. Good lacing. In the end though, its a bit overpowering... not in alcohol... just in body.
