330 ml bottle at the hotel lobby bar, Delft, the Netherlands.Beerhunter111 (23291) - Beerland, GERMANY - DEC 19, 2014
Dark reddish brown color with a small white head.
The aroma is berries, mild sweetness and some hoppy notes.
The aroma flavor is Red Ale natured... some berries, darkish malt, mild hops and some sweetness. Drinkable... or at least close to it.
Bottle from trade with Bierkoning, many thanks Edo!
Lettdrikkelig, lite karbonert og noe tørr i ettersmak. Vighals (4548) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - JAN 28, 2014
Brun tåkete med beige skum. Melkesjokolade og bærlukt. Søt mild sjokoladesmak. Lite bitterhet. Lite kullsyre. Benzai (16933) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2013
Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Murky opaque dark orange to red color, small off-white head that disappears almost instantly. Smell malts and sweetness. Taste malts, sweetness, slightly bitter, slightly some herbs or spices that in this beer work pretty well. Not bad at all apart from the crappy appearance.

Bottle thx to benzai. Opaque murky brown with a head that doesn’t last. Smells sweet, raisins.. Not a lot of smell. Tastes sweet, slightly cinnamon, brown sugar, ’speculaas’ (Dutch cookie). Medium body, low to soft carbo. sic1314 (4773) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - JAN 16, 2013
Poured amber with a small frothy off white head. Aroma of berry fruit and caramel malt. Medium to weak body, flavour is softly sweet malt and some fruit. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - JAN 23, 2012
The fruit I couldnt quite place turns out to be juniper. I also get strawberry and raisins, pleasant beer this one. Almost no carb, ruby red. So far these Delfts beers havent dissappointed. Bottle at the Koningshuys in Delft. JorisPPattyn (10122) - BELGIUM - SEP 1, 2011
Smallish, yellow/cream head over lazily carbonated hazy orange-brown beer. Chocolate in the nose, not very attention-catching. More (bitter-ish) chocolate, and a faint fruity touch. Finish, however, is indifferent woody bitter, and watery. LIght, watery body, well-carbonated feel, little slickenss. Not very outstanding; interesting only from an historical point of view. imdownthepub (15530) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 11, 2011
Bottled 330ml from C1000 supermarket, Delfts. Reddy brown with slight white head. Sharp, metallic malty flavor dominating the palate, a slight berry note but restrained. All a little underwhelming.
