750ml Pours a burnt caramel color with a very fizzy off-white head. Nose of apples, yeast, and alcohol. There is a lot of malts with some apples, spice, and just a hint of bitterness. Very fruity. A nice full body with a little bit of oilyness. BeerPrince (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 5, 2008
Dark brown colour with a short-lived tan coloured head. The aroma is sweet and malty. There are some berry fruits and a touch of burnt wood. There are smoky malty tastes and some sugary hints before a touch of alcohol at the finish. DownsouthGav (601) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2008
Draught @ Delerium Cafe, Brussels. Sweet malty nose. Pours clear caramel red beer. Some carbonation. A cream, fruity beer with some alcohol. Not as nice a the Tremens. Carlus12 (361) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2008
Draft @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels Jan ’08. Nice deep amber colour with large frothy head. Fruity aroma with an earthy / malty / spicy edge. Taste is sweet / fruity / with a faint hoppy flavour in the finish. Very drinkable and enjoyable beer. johndavidj99 (125) - Dallas, Maine, USA - JAN 2, 2008
Dark brown with white head. Sweet malt nose. Typical Belgian abbey style ale. I really liked it but had dreams about elephants.

Tap. Nice amber body. White head. Spicy aroma, but also moderately sweet. Special spicy flavour at first, then a medium sweet alcoholic flavour. Sweet finish. (Delirium Cafe, Brüssel, 15.12.07) KimJohansen (10498) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2007
Pours dark brown with medium off white head. Sweet malty aroma with overripe fruits. Flavor is sweet with strong alcohol note. Bitter finish. Erdinger2003 (127) - West Union, Iowa, USA - DEC 23, 2007
Pours a nice head that falls into a thin unbreakable layer without a lacing. Smells very nice and appealing, like belgian sugar beer. It’s very sweet and very carbonated. Almost a bitter sweet tartness to it’s aftertaste. The mouthfeel turns me away, it’s harsh. Snojerk321 (2984) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 21, 2007
750ml bottle from BevMo Carmel mtn. Nocturnum poured a deep mahogany with a ruby hue. Medium sized rocky off white head. Notes of cherry, raisin, other dark fruits (plums, pruns, fig as well). Flavor was very sweet, clean finish that left you wanting more. The best brew from the folks @ Delirium yet.
