Bottiglia da 33, di un bel colore rosso scuro con un piccolo cappello di schiuma color rosa, all’odore risalta subito la ciliegia, sapore molto dolce con una nota alcolica ben presente

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2017 Draft pulled into a tulip glass. Appears deep opaque, amber red, with a thin but persistent layer of off-white froth. Aromas are subtle, toasty and malty and fruity, specifically sour cherries. Taste is a balanced mix between sweet and sour, over malts and earthy yeast. as it warms, sweet predominates.

Cerveza sin matices apreciables debido a que el sabor a cereza enmascara este. Aún así al igual que sus hermanas sigue siendo una maravilla. De sabor dulce a cereza al principio y con un sabor amargo típico de la casa.

Murky red color with pinkish head. Aroma has cherry preserve notes with some almonds and a strong belgian ale character underneath. Taste starts sweet and fruity, continues with yeast notes and some boozy fruit liquor, finishes with a light drying bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, feels quite smooth on the palate. Overall it's a really decent fruit ale, although quite strong for the style.

2. 11. 2017, Ljubljana. Bottled. Fruity aroma with that Delirium note to it. Darker red-brown colour with some head with low retention. Taste is of sour cherries, nicely balanced with sweet side and just a bit of bitterness at finish. Aftertaste is present and complex, nicely balanced. This is really an excellent beer, but a desert beer nonetheless. Maybe just one for the taste, drinking more of these would really be an overkil. Be warned!

Clearly this is the best cherry bear I have ever tasted. A perfect balance of cherry and sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
