Yeasty aroma and taste to begin with. Not overly rich unlike most Belgian ales of this ilk. Verry smooth, with a light fizz to finish with, which dissolves into sweetness. ianwelby (1369) - SCOTLAND - MAY 21, 2017
Golden beer, sweet and bready in taste and aroma. Floral hit to it and while it’s sweet it’s not sickly. Quite simple, but clean, crisp and very tasty. Westy1130 (87) - New York, USA - MAY 17, 2017
On tap at Salumi Tapas & Wine Bar: Cloudy gold color, with decent lacing. Spicy/fruity aroma and taste with a mildly boozy palate. Bijl (600) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 17, 2017
Goudgeel, helder, veel koolzuur, volle witte foamy schuimkraag die blijft.
Aroma: Citrus, sinaasappelschil, rijp licht fruit, banaan, kruidnagel, Belgische gist. Zeer fruitig.
Prachtig bier! Derbeth (918) - Kraków, POLAND - MAY 17, 2017
Bottle. Golden colour, hazy, rocky head that does not stay long. Aroma is malt, a bit of peach, quite much alcohol. Lively carbonation. Too boozy.

Possibly the coolest packaging I've seen, but the beer inside is great too! Pale gold in color and cloudy with a white creamy head, intense carbonation at first that gives way to complex lingering aftertaste. All the character and quality you want from a Belgian blonde!

Pours unclear golden/yellow and fizzing with a minimal, frothy, white head. The aroma contains hops, yeast, malt, citrus, apple, orange and some sugar and wheat. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light spicy, hoppy bitter with a hint of wheat. Oily texture, medium body, light fizzy carbonation. Sweet, but not cloying; alcoholic, but not exaggerated. Quite good, popular and a classic. maekchu (3847) - Hirakata, JAPAN - MAY 10, 2017
Bottle from local Sake Marche store. Used to drink this, on rare occasions, in my late teens and early twenties, as a sort of splurge and a getaway from the macro stuff that was everywhere then. Haven;t had it in years. Nose of thick, concentrated fruit, yeast, and alcohol. Slightly hazy dark amber, with a thin but constantly replenishing beige head, and a bit of sediment floating around. Flavors of strong stone fruit, candi sugar, some spiciness. Thin out in late mid palate, with a warming finish. Medium heavy body. Interesting stuff, and a solid Belgian strong, but no longer as intriguing as it was when I was 20 years old. kamilinho (185) - Toruń, POLAND - MAY 9, 2017
