3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Woh! Not surprised that they have a non see through bottle! The sediment is amazing (heavy chunky particulate). So much so that I’m still not sure if it was just a bad bottle. Very unusual beer to say the least. The flavour was fine. Light, and very sweet malting (cookie, grain, bread) and floral hopping, with undertones of peach, pineapple and apple. Disuguised the 9% abv well (there was still a prescence, but not as if it were as strong as 9%). Very smooth and balanced. Very interesting to say the least.
Appearance: light amber with 2 fingers head, and great column of carbonation
Aroma: fruity malty , hops and phenols
Taste: caramel, bananas,a bit spicy at the end jorgeheleno (8) - - NOV 20, 2017 does not count

Bottiglia 33 cL @ Valhalla Pub, Pavia. Biondo pallido, abbastanza limpida, carbonata, schiuma chiara e persistente. Al naso spicca prepotentemente il malto e le spezie. In bocca è calda, dolce a inizio beva e con una chiusura amara, secca e persistente. Belga purosangue. dzenkalpic (86) - TURKEY - NOV 14, 2017

Bottle - Golden amber with large white head. High carbonation. Sweet coriander, faint banana aroma. Slight ting on tongue, but soft. Decent tasting, alcoholic finish. 8.5% strength - beer to sip!

Wonderful belgian Beer.
Lots of carbonation, slightly hazy, beautiful light color.
Nose: Very belgian - Bubblegum, clove, hay, a little funk
Taste: Very crisp and refreshing. Very balanced bitterness, dry, floral.
If you like belgian beer, you're gonna love this. Olbluys (2) - New York, USA - NOV 4, 2017 does not count
Okay. Belgian-strong pale blond, slightly malty, spicy dry bitterness. Not a favorite but better than the others I️ tried.

I got this one in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
This pours from 11.2 oz bottle a hazy straw gold (that eventuates to a cloudy look by the final pour) with a huge head of foam and lots of sticky lacing. The foam hardly recedes at all during the entire session. Nice.
The smell is fairly light but has notes of yeast and fruit.
The taste has a nice yeast flavour along with some dark fruit and some citrus that peaks near the finish. More sips in and I'm getting some banana and a light touch of clove. Very nicely flavourful. There's definitely a sour snap hiding in the background and ends up in the finish. Nice warming there as well. The body is medium light and the carbonation is light.
This is a nice sipping Ale not overly assertive with any one flavour but it's darn tasty. I'd get this again.
