DBF Goes 20110320 (draft): A amber coloured beer with a slightly cloudiness and a off-white head. The aroma is malty (little grain-like), some alcohol, caramle, and fruityness (black cerries, apple and peer). The sweet tast has fruit (red fruit, orange peach, peer). The aftertaste is bitterness, but this is partly masked by the sweetness. The taste is a little to sweet.
