An orange beer with a nice head. Both the aroma and the flavor are sweet and primarily hoppy. joergen (27983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2005

Bottled at RBESG. Pale golden. Grassy nose. Very dry with rounded mouthfeel. The flavour and finish is dominated by herbal spices plus diacetyl, and the finish is wormwood-like bitter. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2007
On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. The nose was the first and best surprise with this one. It was quite hoppy, with a fruityness and pine-aroma seldom seen in Germany. The pour was clear, pale golden in color, and with a white head, so quite ordinary. The flavor was also quite nice, mostly like the aroma, and it had a nice bitterness. Maybe a bit thin on the palate, but the finish was nice, with a fruity hoppyness. Even though the hops are playing the lead role, it was a pleasant excperience. Draught at BBF07 as Demmert Pils Hell. Slightly buttery aroma. Hazy golden colour. Nice and big, creamy, stable white head. Malty and citric flavour in good balance. Metal aftertaste which seems to disappear after a little while, though.

It is warm golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of butterscotch, caramel, malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of butterscotch, hay, fruit, straw and light grass. It is a pleasant pilsner. larsniclas (7040) - Billdal, SWEDEN - SEP 18, 2005
Yes, another German pilz. A bit above average but still rather boring. hayduke (5188) - Eureka, California, USA - JUL 4, 2006
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2007 There sure a lot of German Pils, and they all seem much the same. That is good, not bad, as most are quite nice to drink. This one was golden yellow with a nice white head, and good lacing. Nose of malts and hops. Slightly bitter finish. OK Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2005
Bottled. Deep golden coloured. Fruity and hoppy aroma. Fruity, bitter and dry flavour. Crisp. Well balanced. tiggmtl (4545) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2005
