Our signature beer. We use lots of caramel malt and cascade hops to give this its robust flavor and floral hop finish. This is a great food beer because it stands up to our full flavored and spicy foods.

bhensonb (15341) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 29, 2010
Bomber from the Whole Foods in Petaluma, CA. Pours clear brilliant copper with a foamy beige head. Smells malty. Tastes malty, with some floral bitter. Arguably a bit spicey. More pleasant than many ambers - has a taste suggesting hoppier brews. And it’s kind of ESB.

Ratman197 (14958) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - SEP 21, 2008
On tap @ Dempseys poured a clear reddish amber with a minimal amber head. Aromas of carmel and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light spice and light citrus with a samooth lightly bitter finish.

phaleslu (10325) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2016
Draft at the brewpub, served in a flight. Pours a mostly clear orange-gold with a small white ring for a head. Generic slate of red malts, caramel, mild toast, straw, grass, and hay. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a floral, malty mouthfeel. Beyond boring. To make this your signature beer shows a distinct lack of ambition.
