UPDATED: SEP 3, 2015 On tap at Dempseys. Always fresh and delicious, best amber ale I have ever had anywhere, (and I really like amber ales). Two pints of this with a bowl of the chili pretzels is the best way to end the day. bnoel09 (588) - Elk Grove, California, USA - AUG 9, 2012
Poured from the bomber into a shaker. Dark amber with little head. Aroma is mild, but has biscuity malt and caramel notes. Flavor is similar with some light roasted malts and a good dose of caramel with some earthy hops. Medium bodied. Solid amber/red. joet (2662) - Wilsonville, Oregon, USA - AUG 11, 2001
Quick foam on a dark golden glass with amber hues. A touch of a floral aromas and vine, a clean malt and enough bitter to be near perfectly balanced. A bit high in effervescence. Easy soft finish. hayduke (5676) - Eureka, California, USA - OCT 3, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 4, 2011 Shared with Strykzone via Facebook Chat. This beer poured amber with a big soapy off-white lead and a lot of attractive lacing. Nose of floral and grassy hops. Medium body. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor adds in citrus and lots of bitterness that carries over into the finish. beertholomeus (1814) - California, USA - AUG 3, 2014
Pours an amber color with an off white head. Caramel, malt, toffee and slight hop aroma. Caramel, malt, toffee and light citrus hop flavors. Medium body and carbonation. Malt and caramel finish.

Bomber from the Whole Foods in Petaluma, CA. Pours clear brilliant copper with a foamy beige head. Smells malty. Tastes malty, with some floral bitter. Arguably a bit spicey. More pleasant than many ambers - has a taste suggesting hoppier brews. And it’s kind of ESB. Strykzone (7657) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - SEP 28, 2011
22 oz. bottle sent by Hayduke. We, and his brother Rick, enjoyed it together via facebook chat. This beer is hazy and tea colored with a soapy orange gold head. Sticky lacing slowly falls down the glass leaving cool patterns. The aroma is grassy and mossy. Only light malt. The flavor is similar except a lot of citrus can be tasted. There is fairly big bitterness. Malt is an undertone. This is a nice beer and seemed to be fairly sessionable. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - MAR 27, 2009
Copper red with a sweet aroma and a peach and pineapple taste with an acidic finish. Ferris (16496) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 3, 2016
Draft - Light caramel and hops. Clear copper with a decent off white head. Light bitterness and some caramel. Not bad.
