Commissioned beer celebrating James Ensor in Ostend, on 25 cl and 37,5 cl, the latter tasted in 2006. Creamy, yellowish white, moussy head, yellow blonde colour, misty. Sweetish fruity aroma with floral hops, vanilla, orange, banana, cake, coriander, honey; taste sweet, fruity but not sugary, honeyish, mellow maltiness, gentle spicy notes, light sourishness, mild hoppy finish. Cliché but quite enjoyable. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2013

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, and lots of different fruits among them oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, spices, oranges, peaches, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 20, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy yellow with tiny impurities and a frohy if quickly disipating white head - comes a violent gusher. Tart, fruity and slightly yeasty/spicy nose. Medium body, over carbonated, a yeasty astringent slight Brett character and again some spices. Ends dryish. 200612 yespr (47581) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUN 20, 2012
