I had this on tap at Coho’s Bar and Grill. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange color with a slim finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated quickly. Barely any lacing stuck. The smell had a nice blend of sweet citrus and delicately delivered a sweet honey. The taste packed the previously mentioned flavors into a sweet punch of good flavor. Light sweet honey aftertaste lead to a sweet dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Nicely carbonated. Overall, I say this was a good blonde ale that I would have again.

Golden colour, sweetish character with only a hint of agave. Finishes with a touch of acidity for balance.

Draft: Poured a golden color with white head. Aroma is light fruit and hops. Taste is nice refreshing grain, soft hops, and made me really glad summer is on the way in Alaska.

Draft sampler, pale yellow, light head. Aroma fruity and malty. Flavors of fruit, alt, lightly hoppy. Mouthfeel rich for as pale as it is. Right at the end, I start to taste the cactus just a little.

Draft at brewery: Sweet-smelling nose. Agave is pleasantly evident yet not overdone. Light beer but it still has lots going on with notes of bread, fruit and honey. Crisp, refreshing and wholesome. Mild bitterness. Very sessionable.

Clear gold with a little lacing. Not much aroma. The flavor reminds me of sour bread, but not in a good way. That could be the agave, but I’m not sure.
