Draught at Harts Pub, The Rocks, Sydney (recommended). Deep amber-brown pour with ample off white head. Heaps of fruity hops on the nose (oranges, grapefruit) along with pine needles and herbs. Classy chewy malt backbone nicely balances out the resinous hop presence. Medium-full body with thickish texture and average carbonation. UPDATED: FEB 18, 2013 Lacks any real aroma but looks great. This is an average DIPA, you can appreciate the resinous hops and bitterness but the finish is rather disappointing. Not well balanced, it feels way too hopped without the backbone to balance it out.
