Cask @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Ungstrup (37656) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 7, 2005
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, apples, vitamin pills. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
[Cask at the Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A yellow beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, yeast, and fruit. The flavor is sweet malty, rather hoppy, but also with notes of yeast and fruit. To me this is quite Belgian - even though it is based on a Continental Lager brewed with English yeast. anders37 (26657) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 6, 2009

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mildly sour floral and fruity hops along with a touch of perfume. Flavour is very fruity along with some earthy notes. Quite nice fruity, wooden, honeyish and grassy aftertaste.

A lager! Pale yellow, slightly hazy, medium-sized white head. Citrusy and a bit grainy aroma. Light citrus flavor, crisp. A bit sweet.
Crystal clear, golden body with a filmy layer on the top. Discreet smell of citric fruits. Lemon fruity flavour with rounded pale malty sweetness. Short-lived fruity aftertaste. Thin to medium bodied. Sufficiently rich taste for a lager, though (GBBF, 06.08.2009). leaparsons (10554) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2004
Burton 24th Fest. Gold and bubbly for a cask lager. Aroma is that of a malty lager. Somehow this manages to cling to the roof of the mouth and is strangely powdery. No dryness or bitterness, either. Not a great lager - not many English cask lagers are.
