Bouteille 330ml.

Opaque yellow wih a frothy sticky white lasting head. Smell of lime, citrus, fruity banana. Frothy thin stricky body. Taste of lemon, citrus hops and a sweet fruit finish. Decent and enjoyable. A bit of rot on the finish.

5.0%, on tap in Ghent, cloudy yellow with a good head, citrus aroma, citrus and yeasty flavour, nice witbier.

Koelschtrinker (20388) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - NOV 29, 2011
Spritzig zitrusartiger Antrunk, sehr mild. Im Mittelteil gering herb, wenig Säure, leichte Kräuternoten. Kurzer Abgang. Trinkbar und unspektakulär. 10/9/8/8/6/8

Metalchopz (3384) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 16, 2011
Originally rated August 2006. The name reminds me of "detergent" everytime I see this beer (the colour does not help). Pours a cloudy pale beige with light amber. The white head is big, quite creamy and last a long, long time. The lacing is pretty watery, not sticking to the glass. Good nose of oranges and honey. Real watery mouthfeel and not much on the taste. Very thin, with some light citrus and apples and the flavours do not even hold through to the finish. Nice start, but boring end.

KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - FEB 12, 2011
Bottled. Cloudy yellow-colored wit beer, with a slightly different, tart taste. Coriander and lemony citrus flavors dominant. Honey-like sweetness with a decent tart edge. Rather unexciting but ok.

rand (1700) - SWITZERLAND - APR 22, 2010
Bottle 25 cl from Casino Supermarket in Herstal (B). Beer rather yellow, sticky and fickle foam, carbonation low. All the characteristics of the kind are found in flavor and taste. Notes of spices, yeast, honey and lemon. Sweet beer, almost no bitterness, very fresh and fruity but lacks a little punch.

Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 23, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Draught in some very nice place in Winterthur. Poor appearance- grainy nose with corn, arabic gum and coconut showing up. Sweet watery tatse. Coconut appearing up again. Grainy. Unsiginificant finish. Dissapointing.

DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2009
From the Bottle at Tom’s Ultimate Glasgow Tasting, Blackfriars 01/12/2007 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured hazy in appearance and slightly spicy flavoured. Some dryness in a crisp finish.

cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - NOV 17, 2008
Hazy light gold, fruity yeasty aroma of malty, cirtus, melon and banana. Some spices develops in mouth. Flavour is sweet.
