Fresh taste of citrus. The woody, dry finish brings it down a bit...........

Light golden-yellow colour. Not super cloudy. Coriander aroma. Spicy and dry at first with a citrus and yeast flavour to follow. Thin bodied.

Pale cloudy yellow with a nice big head. Big lemonade aroma. Lemon, wheat and some light spicyness. A bit metallic finish.

chronictonic (472) - Oreland, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 18, 2002
Cloudy, very pale Belgian Wheat style beer. Very mild armoa and flavor - one of the least flavorful of the Wit beers that I've had. Definately much more mild than Hoegaarden - missing that coriander and curaco flavors. It's certainly drinkable - probably a little too easy drinking for me though.

A typical witbier. In my latest tastingnotes for this beer I found some licorice and citrus in the aroma and a very velvety and creamy taste and feeling in the mouth. Bitter finish though.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2006 Bottled. Fruity aroma with apple and citrus. Cloudy, white/yellow color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, light malty, light bitter, citrus, wheat. Good mouthfeel, highly drinkable.

fishman (350) - Philadelphia, USA - SEP 8, 2001
Orange to yellow color, with a white head. Very light and smooth, not as 'in your face' as Hoegaarden or others. Very pleasant, and subdued. Not as spicy as others but there is a distinct banana taste. Pleasant and easy to drink.

Delbomber (387) - Philadelphia, USA - SEP 8, 2001
Soft-smelling. Light cloves with heavy banana, little spice, and too much water. Cloudy, pale orange, the nice way to put it is subtle and mellow; the actual experience is quite weak. Easy drinking nonetheless.
