On tap at Denver Beer poure a clear dark reddish brown with a small lasting tan head. Aromas of roastiness, smoke, graininess, bakers cocoa and light earthiness. Palate was ledium bodied and smooth with a lightly warming finish. Flavors of roastiness, chilis, smoke ans bakers cocoa with a smooth lingering smokey roasty finish.
On tap. Thin light brown head. Tastes much more of smokey than chili, but I like the taste. Also notes of cocoa and almond.

Deep black with a thin khaki head. Deep roasty dark cocoa aroma, a little earthy toffee, and a faint and subtle bitterness of light smokey pepper. If the name hadnt implied there were chilis in this beer, I might have not said so, but there it is. Smooth and balanced flavor of dark bittersweet chocolate, a light dash of smokey pepper, and roasty dark sweet grains with a faint toffee undertone. Sweet and smokey with just a faint dash of pepper heat. Very well done.
