On tap at Denver Beer poured a cloudy amber with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of wheat, carmel, toffee, clove, fruittinesds and lihght yeast. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Pour on tap at Denver Bicycle Cafe, dark brownish red pour with white head, aroma has notes of some slight caramel, toffee, hints of earth, slight banana and clove but muted. Dark opaque gold, like raw honey in color with a thin white head. Aroma was wheaty with honey and fresh bread yeast. The flavor was nice and yeasty and full of not-quite-honey tones, crystal malt an wheat. Nice and flavorful but calm and easy.
