COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like all our good neighbors who contributed hops for this brew, In Da Hood has unique and beautiful notes of floral hops, tangerine, and honeysuckle. The smooth, silky drink has a long finish of pine and lemongrass.

Quite similar to their other pale ale - sadly, it also carries some similar flaws - a bit of a burnt/charred peanut skin character pops up in an otherwise fairly straightforward and easy drinking pale - earthy hop flavor, but not much bitterness - light caramel sweetness - nothing particularly stand out, which makes the one glaring flaw hard to ignore - meh.

Draught at the brewery. Low fluffy white lasting head. Clear yellow golden body. Mild malt straw caramel aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long dry acidic finish.

On tap at the brewery. Orange, pale amber and clear appearance with a sticky off-white head. Note: I’m stuffed up. Mild aroma of floral hops, herbs, light citrus and light tropical notes. Flavor of medium bitterness, toasted malts and minimal to light sweetness. Medium body, clean and pretty crisp with ample carbonation.

Clear rusty golden, almost bronze, with a lovely toffee backbone on the nose with nice subtleties of caramel, and semi-bitter grassy grapefruit. Flavor is nicely balanced with lots of toffee malt and slightly subtle grassy hop notes, a touch of lightly bitter grapefruit, and a clean toffee malt finish.

Tap @ brewery. Transparent, light burnt orange appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat piney, earthy hoppy, pale malty aroma. Slightly toasted malty, earthy, light piney hoppy flavor. The hop flavor is a little dull and kind of weird.
