First beer back in America. And true German style. Not to bad malty with a bit more hop bite but still sweeter and happier than a basic lager. Nice job. This could hold up in Germany.

A little bit of a funky aftertaste. Reasonably smooth. Not great, but drinkable.

Tap at Knight’s Pizza. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, creamy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is Pils malt, corn, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
