Very tart, that is for sure. If you want a very Sour Ale, look no further than Deschutes Brewing Company.
Clear light copper color. No memorable head. Tart aroma like apple peel. Tart flavor with a paltate so try it burns. More like a tart cider than a sour. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 17, 2013
Tap at Deschutes in Bend. Pours a full haze golden with low lacing. Nose is dairy heavy, funky, bleu cheese/footy, a bit oxidized. Taste is big salt, pickle/acetic, funky dairy, bracing stomach acid. Lactic, acetic, salty. Not so bad.
