On tap @ Churchills, San Marcos. Yellow/amber with a pure white head. Aroma of tart, sour yeast, wheat, lactic acid and musty barnyard. The flavor is mellow lactic acid, wheat, and some very mellow hop bitterness. Light body with active carbonation and a light refreshing mouth feel. I liked this one a lot, very light and drinkable. On tap at the Bend Brewpub. Slightly hazy light orang amber with just a smidge of an of white bead that quickly dissipated. Aroma of light sour apple. Tart apple/orange flavor and other sour notes are uP front. Light bodied and tangy trailer.
Interestig and quite tasty.

A: The pour is a fairly clear amber color with no head and not much in terms of visible carbonation.
S: The nose is like apple cider vinegar--good in barbecue sauce, but not my beer. A bit of bourbon, solvent, and plastic as well.
T: Plenty of sweet, apple juice flavor, some alcohol, bourbon and perhaps a hint of butter. Certainly an interesting mix of flavors, unfortunately, they don’t have a favorable result.
M: The body is medium and the beer is quite slick on the tongue due to the lack of carbonation.

On tap at Stone Sourfest. Pours with a clear orange body with minimal head. Aroma is strongly of clove honey with a lactic note. Taste is lactic, honey, cidery, clove and wax. Dry finish. Blah.
