COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Hazy off white pour. Looks like a wit with a thin head. Good retention. Big time citrus with a grain nose. Light mouth. Taste is full of wheat and citrus. This is a pretty balanced wheat beer.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, light citrus and wheat. Taste is semi-sweet with some sharp bitterness. Lighter bodied with lots of carbonation in the mouthfeel. Pretty refreshing stuff.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle, thanks to Ed. Lots of citrus, coriander, citrusy hops, orange, perfume. An interesting beer, I am still trying to understand the white IPA style.

Reimer96 (1743) - Alberta, CANADA - MAY 25, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow gold with a big frothy white to off white head with good retention. Aroma of citrus, wheat and Pilsen malts. Taste is citrus, yeast, wheat and a nice citrus hop flavor. Bitter throughout and a nice mix between a wit and hops basically an imperial hoppy wit. Could definitely do this in a hot day!

Bottle. Taste seems more like a wit beer than any sort of IPA. Still a smooth and enjoyable beer.

iguanodon (151) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Pours hazy yellow/gold with a thin white head. Aroma is lemon, yeast. Taste is lemon, wheat with a bitter slightly medicinal finish. Mouth feel is thin, more like a hefe than an IPA though I guess that’s to be expected. I’m glad I only tried a single, don’t expect to try it again soon.

Cirrhosis (1283) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 22, 2013
Hazy light yellow with a one inch creamy cap floating on top. First sip is refreshing heavy smooth lemonaid with a wheaty banana malt backbone. Aroma is light, flowery, lemon, very wheaty almost bordering on biscut but it never fully gets there. This is way to easy to drink!!! This beers screams summer patio. Lots of flowers, hitting hibiscus. Starting to get noticably sweet toward end of pint. Drink up boys!!

dlihcsnatas (745) - Temple, Texas, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Hazy yellow brew with some citrus aroma and taste along with a bit of pepperish spice notes in the aftertaste. Very much a wheat brew that with the citrus hops almost makes this like an odd tasting Heffeweizen rather than an IPA. At any rate it is a pretty good brew. Side note... Last burp had the distinct bitterness of an IPA... So maybe I will say it is an odd IPA and not a Heffeweizen. What ever it is very drinkable on a hot day.

EdInSaltLake (727) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - MAY 16, 2013
Belgian yeast, citrus, spicy, dough aroma. Earthy yeast flavor; lemon/orange citrus; peppery spice; a little tartness. Light bready/biscuit malt flavor in finish.

boxofrane (2553) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 16, 2013
Bottle at craft ale house. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma has a ton of funky yeast, lemon, orange peel, and light floral notes. The taste is light bitter with a big lemon tartness and sweetness.
