COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Tap at Old Chicago Wichita, hazy beer with little hop profile in the nose, but a touch of hops in the flavor, then dominated by belgian yeast. I wanted to enjoy the citra hops but they were too buried.

Taste is beautiful, creamy wheat with super fresh, fruity hops. Complements each other perfectly. .

Bottle from Craft Outlet. A bit thin in the body. Surprisingly, it had some nice well-blended flavors. Grapefruit, wheat mild hop. Nice summertime beer.

Yellow green (lemonade) color pour. Light white head with lots of lacing. Pretty typical wheat aroma just a little heavier of citrusy hops. Flavor is also very traditional with the hops ramped up a little bit. Grassy. Lemon. Bready. And citrus hops. Not bad. ---Rated via iPhone

Yellow pale pour with a white head and sticky lacing ... aroma of citrusy and floral hops (lemony), fruity belgian yeast (light banana) ... taste is of citrusy, (lemony hop flavor), belgian fruity yeast is toned down in the flavor so its just a slight touch of belgian wit with citra hops and light wheat .... finishes dry and bitter .... average and tasty

12oz bottle from Fred Meyer in Milwaukie. Pours a cloudy, light yellow color with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, wheat, some lemony citrus. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, citrus, grapefruit, some light bitterness, with a clean, bitter, fruity finish. Not to shabby.

Delightful aroma, strong herbs and citrus. Pale golden color with a thin haze from sediment. Head was deep and white. Very nice taste, good balance of sweet and bitter. Good palate, light bodied with lively carbonation.

Really nice beer. It makes me think I’m drinking something from Belgium. Wheat that is dry and spicy. very enjoyable but nothing over the top. Aroma is kind of farmhouse IPA.

Poured from bottle into shaker glass. Pours very light cloudy yellow, almost murky with lots of particles. Nice white creamy head with good lacing that never quite diminishes. Minimal malt smell to speak of, with very strong grassy orange hop smell. Can also pick up some pineapple. Starts somewhat sweet - very bright, zesty taste and refreshing. Finishes slightly sweet with good bitterness; expected much more bitterness with all the hop smell. Nice long finish. Medium-bodied, thin texture and slightly bubbly on the tongue. Has a bit of an alcoholic mouthfeel. Great refreshing beer.
