Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Citra hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.

Pours a pale yellow colour with a small lacy head. Yeast, citrusy hops, and floral aromas. The yeast taste comes across strong, as does the floral and citrus hops. Tastes lighter than it smells though. A very delicate beer. Medium length malty finish.

Belgian ale yeast plus hops and wheat make this light-bodied refreshing IPA. Grapefruit, lemon, orange zest (an overall citrus smorgasbord) are pleasing. Light fluffy head, lasting finish. Look forward to having again! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dallas Untapped. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is lemon zest and Pez. Taste is lots of grain, grass, herbs, and more grain.

Pale, hazy, light, translucent, yellow color. Delicate aromas of citrus, soapy florals, and yeast define the nose. The palate is much the same.. It smells as it tastes and is well balanced in that way. Lighter bodied and refreshing, with little to no bitterness. Pretty, perfumed florals and yeast drive the delicate, lingering finish. Simple, enjoyable and so easy to drink. Would be great on a warm day in the sun. More of a belgium ale, then an IPA for sure. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thid white head, over a cloudy amber (SRM 8) body.....nose is pine, heavy citrus, light toffee/caramel.....taste is pine, heavy citrus peel, light malts....mouth feel medium, carbonation high adding major spritz. This is an interesting variation in the evolution of IPA’s. It is very hop dominated with the aromas and flavors typical of Cascade and Citra with the malts adding a bit of balance. It is light, refreshing, but the Belgian yeast was hidden. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6

Light yellow/straw with bright white head. Light citrus aroma with a touch of grain as well. Flavor is light grain and just a but of good. I wish it was hoppier. Nice and clean and refreshing though.

RSRIZZO (2034) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - OCT 20, 2012
On tap at Old Chicago Colorado Springs (1/27/12). Color is a hazy yellow/orange with mellow carbonation and a thick tight head. Aroma of hops and citrus. It has a medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor starts with a mellow citrus that comes across lemony then some light malt. In the after taste more citrus shows. Overall its OK, needs more White characteristics.

On tap. Comes a cloudy light gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, florals, and spices. Taste is lemons, grain, florals, yeast, and coriander. Nice lighter IPA.

Hazy golden, white head, lots of bubbles. Floral nose. Strong bite is the first thing I notice, followed by the wild yeast then the floral hops. Good and refreshing if.you can stand the bite.
