I had this on tap at the John B, however it was on a tap that was previously used for Pyramid Apricot, and that fouls the lines, so this isn’t a proper rating. MrBunn (2848) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 29, 2013
Bomber. Pours a hazy straw color with little head and aromas of pineapple, lemon and honey. Flavor is that. Pineapple, honey and lemon. Nothing more, nothing less. Mouthfeel is a little undercarbonated and it doesn’t move around or develop across the palate much. Good stuff. bubbleflubber (2235) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - NOV 29, 2013
Pours a honey-golden into the glass, with a thick white head that leaves cascading ring lace down the glass. Fresh earthy citrus hop aromas. There exists a nice balance between tangerines, a melon earthiness and a peppery spruce-pine hop backing finish that collectively emboldens the flavor palate without "taking over" any portion of it. Everything about this brew exists as an expert balance between contingencies. The body is light but substantive, the palate is active, yet smooth, and the mouthfeel is complex, yet aerated. The beer version (and reminiscent) of a great Chardonnay, this offering stands as "the example" of a perfectly integrated IPA. Just superb!!! GJF (1520) - Mount Vernon, Iowa, USA - NOV 29, 2013
Lovely beer. Bomber at Lincoln Wine Bar. Tons of hop aroma. Pours straw color, thin white head. Lots of citrus flavor. Sharp, bright beer. Mongo1965 (15) - Albertville, Minnesota, USA - NOV 28, 2013

Nice freshhopper! Lots of pine in the nose, finishes clean. Pours a straw yellow with some, but not a lot, of head. cstuartj (1020) - Washington, USA - NOV 26, 2013
on tap, pours a very clear yellow, almost like a Bud, nice head, laces well. Great nose, hops, citrus, pine. big bold hop flower attack, bitter middle, dry finish. damn good. User277626 (112) - - NOV 26, 2013
Very, very nice. Yellow, straw colored pour. Light head, aroma is much lighter than expected. Hop-centric beers I expect to have a powerful smell but this was much more restrained and delicate. Sort of like the taste, which was relatively light, a bit sweet, lemony, hint of pine. Thick malty backbone, a lot going on here. Expecting a hop bomb and getting a rich, balanced, highly enjoyable beer. No piney, resiny, oily aftertaste, just a pleasant lasting bitterness. Nicely done.
Would I drink again? absolutely.
Would I order again? n/a, but definitely yes. dripke (19) - Chico, California, USA - NOV 26, 2013
That "windex-y" taste I really don't prefer. I can drink it, but not a favorite. Must be a single hop.

Yellow pour with a nice tight head. Big aroma of apricot, pepper, lemon. Lovely flavor with a bit of bread followed punchy hop flavors. Great bitter dry finish. Nice beer with an interesting hop flavor. Even though I know it is Amarillo, it doesn’t taste like your typical Amarillo heavy beer.
