22 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Best after 12/6/2014. Bought around January 2014. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, yeast, white wine, oak. Tastes of white wine, white grapes, some yeast, light tartness, a little citrus. Medium body with a dry finish. jjgmd (2181) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 17, 2016
Pours a light rusty copper color with a small beige head. Nose is fruity and sweet . Taste is a confluence of well balanced fruit and spices....with a nice oaky tart tanic finish. Finishes on the delicately balanced flavors with a moderately long finish . Very nice ! Quaff Score 8 / 10 AirForceHops (7334) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 17, 2016
650 ml bottle thanks to Adrien and his deep cellar. Orange color with a light pink hue. If I smelled this without knowing it was a beer before hand, I would have said it was a pink wine. Very grape forward. White grapes, subtle oak, Muscat and hints of red grape. ljthiessen (1350) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 31, 2015
Wow, lots of grapes and fruit. Hybrid wine and beer mixture. Good amount of yeast. Texture is juicy grapes inside a medium body. Light traces of sugar in the finish. Rides the line of cloying. Drinks almost like a sweet wine.
Bottle. Slightly cloudy golden amber pour with a white head. Aroma is apple juice mostly. Taste is Apple juice, slightly bready, cider notes, tasty but simple. TimE (5953) - Tokyo, JAPAN - DEC 26, 2015
Deep golden color. Very musty nose with lots of Muscat and a touch of oak. Medium body with tons of Muscat, flowers, slightly tart. Long lingering finish with tons of oak and Muscat. Medium body, very drinkable. Fantastic.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of oak, Belgian yeast and floral notes. Flavour is quite yeasty, with lots of Belgian yeast, some candied sugar, a touch of citrus and a biscuity malt finish. Higher carbonation, with a very citrusy and yeasty quality. Nice stuff. Bottle-wow, this is my first "against the grain" rating in a very long time. This thing is awesome. Maybe the little age did this brew great things is what i am thinking. The nose is insanely good-lots of musket, pinot barrel, vanilla, bright fruits, woody goodness, lots of complexity here and its a good thing. Flavors exhibit the Musket grapes and pinot barrel huge-the grape favors here are insane! bright vanilla undertones under all the fruit. Im really digging this. Im sure if anybody can find this or has some in the cellar, bust it out now because it is hitting its prime! Long oaky vanilla finish with lingering musket grape notes. Work of art. stevoj (5277) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 13, 2015
Very much dominated by the wine grapes, light and fruity. Does not remind me of a Belgian at all. Sour essence without the sourness. MartinT (9932) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 12, 2015
My Bottom Line:jsnicholas (633) - Woodinville, Washington, USA - MAY 14, 2015
This fruity Belgian-style brew juxtaposes floral notes and honeyed malts with bubbly and lightly acidic impressions.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty dull golden.
-Oxydation already mars the nose and flavor profile.
-Alcohol is well hidden.
-This doesn’t have the complexity or drinkability I would look for in this type of brew.
Bottle (22oz ): Golden with thin white head. Aroma most white wine like. Grapes. Taste the same with a little Belgian yeast. Nice alternative to wine.
