COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

How have I not rated this? This was a golf bag beer for a while. Too busy makin' bogies.

Rating #2732 - 2016.08.05 - Draught at @ntnl17 IPYAY Day. Pours a clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is grapefruit, lemon rind, cracked pepper. Some peppery spicy notes and some sweet citrus on the palate, medium carbonation, great balance. An undisputed friend of IPA lovers everywhere.

A fresh, bright and refreshing Indian Pale Ale that instantly announces itself with the most striking of aromas. Citrusy without being overtly acidic, the initial pineapple and mango notes quickly bloom into an impressive depth of flavour. Pleasant, perky, easy drinking stuff. Best consumed with Lydia Loveless in the background.

Fruity notes, strong fresh fruit aroma. Smooth and refreshing . Definitely has fresh hops in secondary.

It pours light amber with an off white frothy head. Head retention is excellent. It is also fairly clear. There is a strong aroma of grapefruit. There are also aromas of tropical fruit and low spice. In addition there is a low aroma of bread. The flavors are more balance with grapefruit and tropical fruit as well as the bready malt. There is low spice in the background. It has a moderate body that leans toward the full side and it is slightly slick. The bitterness is moderate lasting long into the finish. Overall this beer has a good balance between the grapefruit, tropical elements and the bread.

My favorite fruit IPA. Great balance of citrus and hops. Not as potent as most others

On tap at Deschutes Brewery. Beautiful clear dark orange with an off-white head. Nose is all citrus. Aptly named as a mouthful is like biting into a juicy grapefruit. Medium body, moderate bitter with a long finish. Very refreshing.
