COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.

Tap @ Beer Temple, sample size glass. Golden to amber color, slightly hazy. Sticky and rocky off white head. Aroma’s: citrussy and resinous. Retronasal it’s sweetish, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet’n’bitter. Medium bodied. Moderate bitter finish. Might have been fresh squeezed, the keg was not fresh anymore. Needs a fresh retry.

On tap @ Beer Temple. It’s a more or less clear golden colored one this. Perhaps a hint of a blur in the back and a huge frothy lacing and lasting just off-white head on the top. Nice mild aroma. Lots of fresh apples and generic fruits. Lots of peachy hops also. Mild apricot and hints of pine in the back. Smells really summery and inviting in a it extreme way. Tastes quite good. Very tea-like and grassy in the taste. It has a surprisingly thin oily texture in the mouth and it’s just below average on the carbonation. Sweet at first, then those grassy hops kick in. Red berries and grapefruit peel in the aftertaste. Quite pleasant. 07.05.2017

Clean as a whistle. Lots of grapefruit right through the palate with some aniseed late. Carries the 6.4% with incredible ease. Just delightful sipping and I challenge you to find a better session beer over 6% (290 baht Brew Bridge)

355ml bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a white lingering head. Aroma: faint malt, caramel, pine, honey and palm sugar notes. Taste: citrus, honey, palm sugar, grapefruit, pine flavours are balanced by the malts. Complex flavour balance. Quite tasty, and quite smooth for an IPA. Mild bitterness from the hops, but not as dominant as a typical IPA. Definitely a great brew!

Clear, dark amber color with a sustainable head of cream colored foam. Aromas of morning fresh orange juice and fresh pine. On the taste I get more of a mellow orange juice with a friendly dry pine finish.

From bottle and [email protected] pub SF: pours golden color, slightly hazy, with (in toronado cut off) white foamy head. Aroma: seems that, Mosaic prevails over Citra; grapefruit, tangerine, papaya, then steps forward other citruses, lychee, mango, supported with crisp, bread-like malt notes. Flavor follows aroma with all notes mentioned above. Malt backbone is more evident with honey, white bread like notes. Finish is dry, bitter. Hop bitterness is medium to high, body is moderate, texture soft, carbonation is medium.

Aroma of citrus grapefruit and pine. Pours amber clear with white head. Good lacing. Moderate head retention. Flavor of Grapefruit. And other citrus. Mostly hops. Subtle malt character, possibly mild caramel note.. Mouthfeel - medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish. Good IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft in a glass roughly looks to contain a pints worth of beer. Paid $3.50 plus tip. Smells like an evergreen forest and citrus. Amber (copper) in color with a head that leaves lacing behind. This IPA is heavily pine and resin. It’s medium bodied, an alright drinker, but just an alright IPA overall.
