Pours amber with a large lasting head. Nose shows lemon tart, pine, peach and floral hops along with a soft clean sweetness. Flavours include more lemon notes, hinting more at lemon leave rather than the fruit itself. Lots of green grass-liek notes along with some pine too.

I’m surprised at the lower ratings. I thought this was a very solid session IPA. Nice clean tropical fruit with a hint of lemon. Very easy drinking.

Pours hazy straw colored with off-white head. Nose was hops, lemony citrus. Tasted crisp, refreshing, with great lemon flavor that complemented the hops very well.

Pours a clear orangish color with white head. Citrus, light fruits, pine, and some floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with plenty of citrus for a session IPA. Not bad.

Bottle BEST BY 10/15/16. Nose very rindy, tropical, citrus pith with lemon at the forefront and some grapefruit. Pour gradient from golden bottom to orange top, heavy carbonation and a little haze, rocky-oily beige head. Taste bone-dry and strongly resinous, rindy; great natural fruit character, strong bitterness that lasts but does find light bready resolution; touch of spice, lively full body but not fat or heavy, mouthfeel just out of this world, contained caramel with a little earth for excellent malt support. Tropics backed off on the tongue but overall great hoppiness. Refreshing, juicy, really easy to down, hit this one out of the park. [2016.08.08: 4.0]

Bright copper color. White head. Cool fruity bitter palate with a lot body but full flavor. Very good session IPA.

jbruner (4797) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - DEC 4, 2015
Pours a chill hazed golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of resinous citrus hops and a hint of lemon. Taste is way more to the lemon, but the hops chosen play nicely with what’s there. Easy drinker, could pound quite a few of these in the summer.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 8/3/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, orange peel, light pine, light honey, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops, lemon, and light-moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, orange peel, pine, light honey, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate amount of pine/citrus rind/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, orange rind, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops, lemon, and light-moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Good dryness from bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately sticky, and lightly bready/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice session IPA All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops, lemon, and light-moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Fairly floral aroma. Fresh, crisp finish. I really enjoyed this lighter side of typical IPAs. Just plain tasty with a nice kick of lemon.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2016 Aroma is pine, citrus, something is off though. Almost a moldy smell, like a California Common. Appearance is golden amber, off white head, clear. Taste is pine, light, citrus, earthy, decent. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, pine aftertaste. Overall, not sure why this has such low ratings, it?s pretty standard for the style.
