I’ll be the first to tell you, I’m not a sophisticated beer drinker. I can’t perfectly describe the mouthfeel or texture, but if you’re looking for a beer that’s very different from the norm, this is it. It is very refreshingly different, and one of the better beers I’ve had. I almost bought a growler of the stuff to go, that’s how much I like it. I would very highly recommend this beer to anyone! gregwilsonstl (2661) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 17, 2012
Very sour, but it works well. Clear, no head. Unique red appearance. Tart. Smells spoiled, but I think its supposed to. AskForJenny (1086) - Ontario, New York, USA - JUN 14, 2012
Tap in Portland - Little carbonation, mild nose. Sour palate but not much else. Shows the style. trevor211 (1681) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 28, 2012
On tap at Deschutes in Portland. Pours gold, with no head. Definitely tart, slightly funky citrus, but refreshing -- not too much pucker in the flavor. Nice and approachable.
