On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange amber with a medium sized white head. Soft caramel, a touch of sweetness on the nose, not much passionfruit though. Medium bodied, soft and malty, a bit of orange and pine. Medium bodied, soft fruit, a touch of bitterness. Gentle, easy. Fruity, but not specifically passionfruit. More of a yeast based fruit note.

Finally a tap change at BrewBridge! Very tame despite the 6.8%; passion fruit very obvious but beer lacks IPA muscle and the requisite palate structure. I still don’t, generally, get the argument for the style when the core of the beer is diluted. Massively slurpable however. mkel07 (5988) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUL 14, 2017
200517. Tatser at GABS in Melbourne. A good way to make an IPA even better is to add passionfruit to it and with this beer it works a treat. Full on passionfruit aroma and a light amber colour. Passionfruit seems to be one fruit that when addd to beer it really is noticeable unlike some other fruits. mjmoen (536) - - JUN 21, 2017
C+. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Well balanced but with a dry finish Bill Becker (1040) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - JUN 20, 2017
On draught, poured orange gold with an inch of foam.
Smells piney and fruity and sweet. Biscuit malt?
Taste is fruity, mild hop bitterness, biscuit malt, caramel. If this were lower abv, would make a decent session beer because of the refreshing quality.

On tap at the Beer Cellar in Glen Ellyn, IL., and dispensed to a snifter showing a clear & fairly bright, deep, orangey/gold hue that was almost amber, a finger’s width of soft white froth that gradually reduced to a persistent ring & film, with dots & ribbons of lacing. The nose was initially fruity and preserve-like sweetness, passion fruit that wasn’t overwhelming, but a player in the pit fruit, tropical, and berry-like presentation, elevated by a bit of tartness. Medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the taste was similar, but less sweet. I especially appreciated the moderate, but well incorporated citrus & rind-like bitterness that remained steady throughout the flavor. scarletfire65 (1466) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 12, 2017
Draft at Kasey’s Tavern in Chicago. Aroma is vague tropical fruits. A tart-ish IPA with lots of juicy tropical fruit flavors. Ehhh, it’s ok. mcberko (17845) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 4, 2017
On tap at VCBW Festival 2017, pours a clear copper golden with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out dank, herbal hops, and biscuity malt in the back - no notice of passionfruit. Flavour is fruitier, with a decent mix of stone fruit juiciness, dank hops, light pot-like character and biscuity malt. Fairly dry, yet juicy. Decent. jbruner (4745) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 2, 2017
Pours a clear golden orange on tap with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of tropical and citrus hop notes, but I don’t think I’d place it as passion fruit, with bready malt behind. Taste follows, a nice new school IPA that you would call tropical, but hard to place. Decent.
