Light sour fruits, unripe, red berries, redcurrant, lemon juice, oak. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sour. More sour citrus fruits, lemon, lime peel, oak, bitter orange peel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Alright. Keg at GABF17, Denver.

Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is white wine, oak and brett funk. Flavor is what I'm getting in the aroma. Brett yeast funk, some white oak and some fruited wine with a tart but manageable after taste. This was an expensive bottle but it took the brett and oak well and used it to it's potential. Plenty of funk and the sour/tartness was minimal.

Bottle, shared with PArksy and others. Very hazy orange-gold with a finely bubbled long lasting off white head. Loads of ripe tropical fruit and wet, funky brett character. Delicious.

I really enjoy the more subtle sours. This has a great tang throughout, but is quite vomples. Most importantly, it has a very easy to ish. Great beer.

750 waxed bottle. Deep orange color. Lots of upfront funk and yeast and grapes and white wine.

Pours orange-copper into the glass, with an initially fizzy head that reduces to thin lacing. The nose is barnyard and sour brett funk. Flavors are very complementary, with the farmhouse saison yeasts reacting well to the funky wild sours. The active mouthfeel and medium body make for a superb sour saison, and wonderfully complex summer palate cleanser! (Too bad these are so rare to find.... but what an awesome find!)

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "Collaboration Celebration! Sports & Jorts & More" event on 08/04/2017. Hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, oak, fruit and malt Medium body with flavors of brett yeast, oak, pepper, fruit and malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bomber. Vinous white wine aroma with notes of Brett funk, peach, apricot and oak. Pours clear golden-amber colored with a thin white head that good retention and lacing. Starts with peach and apricot flavors with notes of white wine as well as a bright lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry but quite smooth and refreshing with notes of Brett funkiness and oak. Really nice saison.
