COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An american-style wheat beer, this pale wheat has high hop character and aroma from the liberal use of Tettnang and Northern Brewere hops. Crystal malts and a low fermentation temperature contribute to the smooth profile of this beer.

Draught @ Deschutes: Dirty amber, cloudy, moderate off-white foamy off-white head, sticky lacing. Rubbery nose, slight artificial fruitiness.   Tangy start, starchy, pale malts, low hop profile, high fake profile.   The fruitiness aspect of this beer does not translate well.   The fruit aspect seems immature, or picked too early.   Its dry and not as sweet as you would aspect.   Flavor is too artificial.   Underlying beer is questionable.   Is it a wheat or a pale?   Slight astringency on the finish.   Body and mouthfeel are bordering on the thin side.   Tacky finish.   Blech... Great pale ales but stay away from the fruit!
