Bottle at home. Pours an orangish yellow with one finger of lingering head. Aroma is malty with slight hoppiness. Flavor follows. Tastes somewhat watery. Drinkable beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"A blonde/golden ale with a fresh northwest blast of hops in the nose. Cereal and light hops. A very nice, mellow fruity light ale - good with food or as a starter :)"

After hiking 7 miles I poured this bottle into a small hotel cup. Comes off as a dry slightly hoppy brew with little aroma, a lingering taste and light head. It does feature a beautiful amber color with a good head. Not bad but not great. Probably would not try it again.

Bottle thanks to Andrew. Clear gold with a beige head. Clean and smooth. No flavors dominate.

Poured from bottle into a tulip glass. Amber color with small head. Pretty "meh" flavor to this beer. A little bit of citrus and hoppy flavor, but otherwise is very bland. Little bit of a disappointment compared to some of the other Deschutes beers I’ve had.

Bottle. Didn’t wow me. A light bodied ale. Pale yellow. Not a lot of flavor and a bit of tartness to it. OK.

12 oz bottle with a BB date of Sept. 2014. Purchased in Eugene and consumed on the banks of Oregon’s McKenzie River. Appearance: clear deep amber with a semi-durable, sudsy bone-colored head. Excellent lacing. Aroma: herbal/floral hops with a good bit of biscuit malts. Flavor: Low-medium hop intensity in this ale is about that of a typical Pilsner, but more bitterness in the aftertaste. Mild+ bitterness. Feel: Lively medium carbonation. Near medium body. O: well crafted but unexceptional.

Light amber pour with an off white head. Light malt/citrus aroma. Delicate hop flavor that quickly fades.. Pretty uninteresting session beer.

Bottle: Cloudy honey-amber color, white head fades quick to a lasting, soapy collar; light patches of lacing left behind. Aroma of toasted, whole grain crackers, moderate herbal hops, weeds, a touch of doughy malt, & a very timid citrus zest presence. Taste is a little thin; some watered down, herbal & lightly earthy hops. A touch of grain, some vague toasted maltiness, a pretty abrupt finish with not much lasting or lingering flavor. Mild citrus zest mid-palate with some warmth. A decent session ale but a little vapid; there are certainly better options available.
