2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Smooth coffee taste, almost a black liquorice taste i thought. Smooth drinking, great for those who enjoy a dark beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Churchillís. Hazy brown pour, small off-white head. Roasted malt, light chocolate, strange tasting sour fruit, vinegar, and even coffee in there. This is an odd beer, which is not really working for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Churchillís. Pours with a brown body and absolutely no head. Aroma of coffee, citrus, acid, wood, earth, acetone. Odd combination. Flavors of cola, acetic, acid, coffee, vanilla, florals and roast. Light carbonation. Dry.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a very dark ruby red with a brown tint. Nose is roasty and tart. taste is tart on the front, hint of vinegar, then a fantastic clean complex porter finish. I wish it was more sour and less vinegar, but still a very nice and drinkable beer.
