22 oz bottle drinking while watching th ncaa football championship. Nice and balanced. Notes of figs, tobacco, and blackstrap molasses. Also some exquisite dark chocolate. Very nice rye flavor in the barrel that types it all together.

Bottle thanks to Douglas. Deep brown with a tiny head. Nose has plenty of umami. Some spice. Salted brown bread. Coffee. Chocolate. Rich, but quite balanced. Salted dark chocolate. Charred grain. Full bodied, oily

Bottle in Seattle. Opened this on NYE. Deep pour, dark brown with dark tan cream head. Rich and dark aroma of tobacco, cocoa, licorice and whisky cola. Fairly sweet body with great rye whisky richness. Lots of cherry wood. Very, very nice. Well developed, well aged abyss.

Dark brown, rich happy chocolate aroma. Soft sweet, light molasses...the rye is really coming across nicely, too.

Czarne, nieprzejrzyste. Goryczka średnia, wyscyenie niskie, posmak whisky, palony, kawowy, kokosowy.

(bottle) Aroma: coconut, roasted malt, milk chocolate, vanilla. Appearance: pitch black, small dense head. Taste: semi-sweet, flavour of coconut, sweet coffee, milk chocolate and vanilla. Palate: full body, low carbonation. Overall: Super coconutty, balanced brew, no sharpness whatsoever. Gentle barrel notes boost up the density of a base beer in a such great way, damn I'm impressed.
