Czarne, nieprzejrzyste. Goryczka średnia, wyscyenie niskie, posmak whisky, palony, kawowy, kokosowy.

Aroma: coconut, roasted malt, milk chocolate, vanilla.
Appearance: pitch black, small dense head.
Taste: semi-sweet, flavour of coconut, sweet coffee, milk chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: full body, low carbonation.
Overall: Super coconutty, balanced brew, no sharpness whatsoever. Gentle barrel notes boost up the density of a base beer in a such great way, damn I'm impressed.

DuffMan (10727) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 15, 2017
Bottle shared at RBAG Summer Gathering 2017. Near black, soft khaki head. The rye barrel lends a pleasant sweetness to the base brew, nice vanilla caramel character is amplified but still balanced.

furthur (1242) - Eagle River, Alaska, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Finally cracked this, black oily beer, head color of black walnut. Aroma is molasses, shoyu, anise, smoke, vanilla, sour cherries, whiskey. Taste is toast, dark chocolate, sour cherries, vanilla, molasses, anise, rye whiskey, smoke, and that oaky finish drying it out. Outstanding! Palate is rich and smooth, carbonation moderate.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured pitch black, motor oil color. Small tan head. Aroma was
solid mocha, coffee notes, chocolate, brown sugar, roasted malt notes. With some rye grain spicy character to it. Flavor was incredibly smooth for the ABV... Smooth dark chocolate roasted notes. Wow.

Roast and some caramel. Whiskey pretty well integrated. Black pour woth decent head and lacing. Chocolate. Thick and oily texture like the olive pil spilled in your pasta. Tap at Churchkey.
