GABF-on tap-pours a dissipating foamy white head with gold color. Taste is mild flat hops. OK carbonation. hopdog (12341) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2013
Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an averaged sized head. Generic - citrus and some caramel. Sammy (12091) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 30, 2011
I was pleasantly surprised to see this one stacked up in a private Vancouver store, but didn’t want to waste my budget on another blond. Then even more pleasantly surprised to find this on tap at St. Augustine’s. It was plasantly surprisingly hoppy, this is a pale ale, with orange citus taste. Faint hops. Nicely drinkable. slowrunner77 (11912) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 19, 2014
"not really a blonde, but not really a pale ale.. way too hoppy to be classified as such, even though it’s still a pretty mellow ale. Clean, quite smooth, nothing spectacular."

Cloudy orange golden colour with a small off-white head.
Sweet fruity and floral hops, mild bitterness and mild sweetness in the aroma.
Sweet fruity hops, mild bitterness and some sweet maltiness in the flavour.
Easy and fruity.
Bottle. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of grass with some sweet grains and a hint of underlying light fruits. Flavor combines grain and grass with a growing sweetness towards the finish. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUN 5, 2010
Apricot pour, white head. Lightly hoppy aroma with some basic caramel malt and an unpleasant graniny smell. Flavor is ok on the hoppy side, malts taste bland and old. Has almost a macro flavor to it. Mouthfeel isn’t good. hopscotch (11043) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - SEP 11, 2006
Bottle... NTB Ernesto Festo ’06... Drank this one after dawn on Friday, September 1st. Walked outside in the stiff breeze and checked out everyone’s damage. Some folks lost roofs, windows and doors. Most other houses lost a couple dozen shingles. All told, we lost seven shingles… that’s all. God watches over babies and drunks, I guess. Anyway, back to the beer… lightly hazy, apricot-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is of wildflower honey. Perfectly balanced flavor but a bit thin and bland. Light to medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Lengthy, mildly bitter, dry, and finally, grassy finish. Thanks go out to kenb for the bottle! kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009

Bottle from Blue Dog Lansdale. Pours clear gold with 2-finger uniform white head. Nose is heavy resiny hops, citrus, black peppery spice. Tastes hoppy, piney, with tangerine and peppery mid-palate notes, and a crisp, hoppy finish with a good balance as well. This one is stellar.
