Pours clear pinky/salmon with no head. Aroma is of alcohol, fruit juice, perfume, honey, flowers. Taste is of alcohol, fruit juice, honey, sugar. Palate: Medium-full bodied. No carbonation. Overall: Boozy, hot. Better than expected.
Pours a clear salmon with nice legs. Nose is of honey, red berries and alcohol. Taste is of honey, alcohol and some faint raspberries. Slightly astringent. Body is light and slightly watery. Good, not great. JulienHuxley (5964) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - APR 29, 2015
4 oz sample from bottle. Clear very pale pinkish pour. Aroma is a leafy, some vegetal notes, something that smells almost like pumpkin flesh, honey notes are rather subdued, some floral notes. Taste is fruitier, nice light raspberry flavor, fruity acidity, light mineral notes. Palate is light-med bodied, strong alcohol presence. Decent albeit not my favorite. czar (9477) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 27, 2015
sample. clear light pink pour with some decent legs. wild raspberries - very fragrant, almost perfumey; light acidity from fruits, raspberry turnover - bit of unsweetneed jam, grapey honey, warming if not a bit hot; medicinal components, chalk, clean yeast. flat carbonation, light to medium body; slightly boozy and dry fruity finish. very nice and refined dry fruit mead.

4 oz from bottle (750 ml). Série fait main 2012. j12601 (13188) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 2, 2013
Appearance: Clear pale pinkish-salmon.
Aroma: Floral honey with a delicate raspberry presence and light tartness.
Taste: Mild acidity with a delicate raspberries presence, mild honeyed sweetness and floral notes. Some white wine notes as well. Mild leafy presence.
Palate: Medium body (on the light-ish side though). Rather dry finish with a nice light acidity kick and wild raspberries.
Overall: Very easy drinking for an 11% abv mead. It’s drinking more like a fine Rosé than a burst of fruits and rich honey (like Schramm’s fruited meads). Enjoyable.
Bottle shared with my wife. Porus clear, with a light pink tinge. Lots of sweetness on the nose, nice raspberry notes and a bit of citrus peel. Medium-bodied, vibrant acidity, a bit of tartness that turns bitter with some lingering honey sweetness. Very interesting.
