I had this at Global Brew. Pours reddish with a white head. Taste sweet, strawberry. I thought this was not that good. I wouldn't drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft to taster at the Champaign brewpub. Looks solid; a slightly hazy golden orange with foamy eggshell head. Smells of off-balanced strawberries and ale yeast. Tastes like it smells, but more balanced, with a medium light-bodied mouthfeel. Eh.

Clear reddish gold pour. Nose is strawberry yogurt, bread. Very carbonated, light mouthfeel. Big strawberry burst, some yeast, grainy. Vanilla hints. Finishes crisp and a little sweet. can’t get past that nose though...

Clear, light gold, small white head.
Strawberry, grain aroma.
Very light, but sweet and tasty strawberry flavour.
Restrained and mild.
Pretty nice.

Can thanks to Malec. Light gold with a white head. Artificial strawberry aroma. Tastes slightly less fake than it smells.

Julie says kind of nice. Little straws. Smells sweet but does not taste like strawberry. Julie gives a 2.8 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Quality control is a bit lacking -- I bought two cans; one exploded while sitting in the 60 F garage, the other expanded the can. That said, for the style, this is one of the better ones I’ve had. The strawberry notes are prominent, but not offputting. Don’t expect a lot here, but what you get is quite good.

Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale has a thick, fizzy, crackly, white head, a semi-clear, bubbly, gold appearance, and some fairly heavy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of strawberry, bitter strawberry leaves, vegetable matter, and white bread. Taste is of sweet, bitter, acidic, strawberries, white bread, and some strawberry leaves. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and Destihl Strawberry Blonde Ale finishes semi-dry, fruity, and decently drinkable. If you’re into fruit beers (and, I’m not), you might really like it. RJT

12 ounce CaN bought at the Jew Hut .. . gold .. . medium foam .. . strawberry mildness and bitter hay .. . way too much bitterness, feels off .. . there are way better fruited blondes .. . . having a pocket full of sunshine must be terrifying.

madvike (3302) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 24, 2014
Can - Pours golden with a filmy off-white head. Nose is lightly tart vinegar, strawberry, cider, and plastic. Taste is plastic, strawberry yogurt, and a weird off flavor that is both sharp and overripe at the same time. Thin, fluffy, and well-carbonated.
