COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Leipzig-style Gose is pleasantly acidic with lime-like tartness and a little funk from our unique, indigenous mixed culture kettle souring process, all balanced by the spicy character of added coriander and a mineral-mouthfeel from the addition of hand-harvested French grey sea salt.

Tart, not obv lactic, semi-sweet, really a combo sweet and sour, a bit much, I would like a lighter gentler beer. Faint saltiness. Amber-gold color, modest head but otherwise fizzy.

can, 2016 rating - Pours lightly hazy gold, smells of tart lime and malt. The flavor is lightly sweet malt with moderately tart lime and a little salt. It's refreshing and tasty.

Can. Pours a clear light gold color with an ephemeral white head. Nose is salty and citrusy with a predominance of lime. Taste is salty, tart and citrusy. Finishes on the tart citrusy salty notes. Quaff Score 7 / 10. 7-3-7-3-13

Can. Tart lemon citrus aroma with notes of lime citrus, coriander and salt. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has no retention or lacing. Starts with tart lemon and lime citrus flavors with a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with coriander and salt flavors. Really nice gose.

Sampled at the 2017 Beer Fest. It poured an amber color with an off-white head.
The aroma was of fruits, salt and cherries. The taste was similar to the aroma with more fruits, cherries, lemons, salt and coriander. It had medium carbonation with a bittersweet aftertaste. Tasty.

Backlong entry. This beer is close to style with typical flavors. Well rounded and clean. Nothing too outstanding or unusual.

Draft sample at Beach Liquor picking up a different growler. Very sharp and tartly acidic gose. Didn't get much salt or coriander for balance but it was still nice. Fine.

12 oz can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, salt, wheat and touch of bread. Taste is sour, acidic tart and light sweetness. Light bodied dry finish. Not a fan of the Gose style but glad I tried it.

Draft at Beer Culture, W 45th St, New York. Pours pale gold with minimal white head. Aroma of lime and lemon, yeast, sour fruits and berries. Light sweetness, medium sour, moderate saltiness. Light body, very slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is salty sour. Enjoyed this. My favourite gose so far.
