Pours gold into a tulip. No head whatsoever. Lemon and funk aromas. Tart cranberry and lemon lime upfront turning to a lacto saltwater finish. Mep3222 (1758) - East Greenbush, New York, USA - FEB 11, 2018
Almost a lemon citrus and lactic sour aroma. Sour maybe 4 or 5 of 10 and all lactic. Sour for a gose and with nice body. Lemon citrus and lactic sour is nice. Maybe slight salty finish. Really enjoyable gose. Davros (3363) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 2, 2018
Pours gold with a quickly fading head.
Nose shows lemon, elderflower, soft wheat notes and soft melon.
Very sour flavours with big lemon and lime notes along with some soft wheat.
Crazy sour. jgb9348 (6723) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - DEC 16, 2017
Slightly hazy copper and bronze glowing orange coloured body with a nice and relatively slow-dying off-white head about two centimetres tall. Aroma of sour funk, grass, tart limes, lemons, grapefruit and a dose of pure sour candy like warheads - very nice and mouthwatering. Light-bodied; Super tart and very gueuze like flavour with a bunch of wheat and some brett and lactic sourness going on, but this is even deeper with a fruit or very pungent sour quality that hits the back of the palate - all with a touch of sweetness, but a very nice and incredibly complex sour flavour throughout. Aftertaste shows more ridiculously elegant Cantillon or Drie Fontein than a beer from Illinois, USA, but in a blind test, you'd say that this was easily Belgian. Overall, this is incredibly complex, super soured and tart and amazingly good for the price, the style and the origin (no offense to Illinois). Definitely worth going way WAY out of your way to find or acquire this, unless I got some magic batch and/or I aged it for the perfect amount of time, but this is a great beer and drinks like a Gueuze for five times the price or a Sour Ale that drinks for four times this price. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Spec's Liquour in Dallas, Texas on 01-September-2015 for US$2,83 sampled at home in Washington a bit after tow years later on 15-December-2017. Tart, not obv lactic, semi-sweet, really a combo sweet and sour, a bit much, I would like a lighter gentler beer. Faint saltiness. Amber-gold color, modest head but otherwise fizzy.

can, 2016 rating - Pours lightly hazy gold, smells of tart lime and malt. The flavor is lightly sweet malt with moderately tart lime and a little salt. It's refreshing and tasty. jjgmd (2316) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - NOV 16, 2017
Can. Pours a clear light gold color with an ephemeral white head. Nose is salty and citrusy with a predominance of lime. Taste is salty, tart and citrusy. Finishes on the tart citrusy salty notes. Quaff Score 7 / 10. 7-3-7-3-13 zoucrew102 (2350) - - NOV 5, 2017
Can. Tart lemon citrus aroma with notes of lime citrus, coriander and salt. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has no retention or lacing. Starts with tart lemon and lime citrus flavors with a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with coriander and salt flavors. Really nice gose. jandd1983 (4752) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - OCT 16, 2017
Sampled at the 2017 Beer Fest. It poured an amber color with an off-white head.
The aroma was of fruits, salt and cherries. The taste was similar to the aroma with more fruits, cherries, lemons, salt and coriander. It had medium carbonation with a bittersweet aftertaste. Tasty.
