blafa (511) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2011
Sampled at SBWF. Stockholm, September 29th, 2011.
Big aromas of milk chocolate, cacao, raisins and wood. The body is just as big and rich with heavy and complex chocolate notes. The cognac really works its magic. Some coffee notes but it’s overall just so wonderful and sweet. It’s quite vinous with a long warming aftertaste. Great imperial stout!
