JanLaursen (3226) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2011
A hazy deep amber-colored beer with a huge off white head. Sweet and somewhat perfumed, spicy aroma with fresh and citrusy notes of lime and grapefruit. The taste is hop-dominated, spicy and bitter with a light caramel-malty backbone. Medium body and a longlasting solid bitter finish. A delicious, fresh and well hopped IPA.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a clear and copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt and hops with citrus and grapefruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitterness. Overall a good beer.

500 ml bottle @ Gastropub Nordic.
Pours a hazy reddish brown colour with a large lacy head. Aroma of sweet fruits, caramel and floral hops. Flavour of floral hops, caramel malts and strong pine needles. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and a lingering bitter finish. Good.

esox (1226) - Oulu, FINLAND - DEC 10, 2010
Bottle @ Pikkulintu. Amber colour, creamy head. Fresh, intense hop aroma. Lots of resins, pine needles, some sweeter mango. Just enough caramel to balance it a bit. Dry and very bitter has sticy reisns. Smooth maltiness in the finish some caramel. Also a hint of yeastiness, maybe due to the pour. Good and intense IPA, a bit rough on the edges.

omhper (25963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 6, 2010
Draught at Copnhagen Beer Festival. Hazy amber, small head. Sweaty grapefruit aroma. Quite sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. The hops turns somewhat resiny in the finish, possibly a clash between intense bitterness and sweetness.
