First some nice raspberry, but then way to much liquorice. Not balanced body, and slighly to much taste of the alcohol.

Bottle @ Cph beer festival. Appearance: pours slightly cloudy amber with a powerful soapy off-white head and lacing. aroma/taste: rasberry, liquorice and some caramel. palette: strong berry aroma, average to powerful carbonation, medium body, medium to notable sweetness, well balanced by an average bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. overall: creative refreshing composition.

Bottle. Pours a clear brown colour with a white head. Aroma of malt and raspberries. Taste is of malt, yeast, caramel, bread, raspberries, hops and a hint of licorice. Medium body and high carbonation. Acidic and dry. A bit too acidic for me to be honest, but not bad.

stouby (4692) - Holbæk, DENMARK - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle at DØE tasting. Hazy light pink/reddish. Aroma medium raspberries. Flavor light malty, medium raspberries, a note of English licorice, nice acidity. Light body, lively carbonated. Expected more licorice from the name. Ver 2.

Skinnyviking (9644) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2014
Bottle at DØE Ballerup. Medium high fluffy lasting off-white head. Hazy dark brown body. Mild raspberry roasted malt with just a hint of liquorice. Acidic raspberry lemon grapefruit flavor. And puff the magic: No liqorice. Just a wee bit of liquorice in the finish. Too bad. High carbonation, long bittersweet finish. Alcohol well balanced though
