Bottle, at lfestival 2012. It pours an unclear, golden-brown body under a big, dense, beige head. Theres some notes of chocolate in the aroma, as well as caramel, pine cones and bitterness. Quite balanced, but lacking the hop punch a beer like this should have. Theres some bitterness in the flavor, but not enough, neither initially nor in the end. Caramel maltyness, pine cones and resins. Full-bodied, sweet and pleasantly carbonated, and with chocolate and caramel notes in the finish. A pleasant beer indeed, but as for Hoppy Time 1 and 4, theres unfortunately not enough hoppyness going on. 120512
